Have you been feeling the call of the Rose?
This is an ancient remembering of your feminine lineage. While the rose petals remind you of your velvety, sweet softness, the thorns anchor you into necessary boundaries.
This is a three day, all Women’s Retreat, led by Emily Garnett and Christy Marsh, where we journey with the brilliant wisdom of plants and unveil the playful potential we all carry inside. There will be Sacred Song with your sisters, Feminine Embodiment Practices, and Kundalini Activation to help us integrate the medicine.
*Please note that there is a 10-day dieta that begins before the retreat (starting June 12th) to prepare our bodies for ideal digestion and assimilation of the plant’s wisdom. Emily and her maestro will be guiding us through this via a group chat, where we dieta together—in a very supportive and nurturing way.
Rose is the master plant for this Dieta, which means there is an agreement made by the participant and the spirit of rose. One follows a diet to help clean and clear the body in order to receive healing, clarity, and cleansing from the plant. During Dieta, you may have deeper insights, and vivid dreams, leading to clarity and cognition. It is common to release attachments, dense energies, and even parasites. Participants often express feeling a state of “lightness” in the body and heightened intuition. The plant works in our bodies to raise our vibration and help us see past certain illusions in this world. We begin as a bud, and by the end, we have bloomed as the rose
The Dieta will begin before the retreat and commence on the very last day, where we will integrate with cacao.
More about our Guide, Emily:
Emily is an embodiment coach, Pilates instructor, and healer on the plant path for ten years. She began her journey with plant medicine thirteen years ago while living abroad in Taiwan and has studied with various teachers throughout the years. She began learning from Maestro Don Roberto in Taiwan under the lineage of Cristina Mendoza and has more recently taken a deeper dive in the past two years with Don Roberto’s Shipibo teacher, Americo Mahua in Peru in the Noya Rao tradition. Undergoing two dietas in Peru with the Noya Rao tree, she is now studying songs in the Shipibo language. Her passion for the work runs deep through the songs, which she calls “sacred song technology,” the songs themselves working as the energy driving the experience.
About our Chef:
Megan is currently the head chef at Noka in Kansas City and will be preparing and serving us Dieta-friendly food at the retreat! She has a passion for cooking with love and serving her community in this way. She used to run the kitchen at Cafe Gratitude and then lived in the desert to run a retreat center in New Mexico. As part of her role at Noka, she participates in special events in Kansas City, such as sharing her culinary gifts for “Boys Grow” and other non-profits.
