Jana DeLong

Jana DeLong is a Reiki Master, holistic wellness advocate, and founder of Enchanted Society—a Kansas City–based wellness co-working studio that supports spiritual healers, herbalists, and energy practitioners in their work to restore balance and connection in others.

Currently in her first year of herbal studies at Prairie Wise Herbal School, Jana is expanding her practice to integrate the ancient wisdom of plant medicine with the energetic healing arts. Her journey is rooted in a deep belief that true wellness begins with harmony—between mind, body, spirit, and the natural world.

In addition to her healing work, Jana brings her creative vision to real estate and design, blending function and beauty through home sales, property rehabs, and the creation of inspiring, soul-centered spaces. Her eye for design and sense of calm presence carry through every project she touches.

Alongside her husband, Jana co-owns Free Bird Farms, a serene homestead and gathering space that blends regenerative living with community wellness experiences. There, she creates space for rest, renewal, and reconnection—hosting workshops, intimate retreats (instead of small retreats), and farm-based events that celebrate healing, creativity, and nature’s rhythm.

Through her work, Jana empowers others to slow down, reconnect with the Earth, and cultivate their own inner peace.
